Service Advisor

Elk Grove Power Sports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the technicians.
• Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of service orders and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic knowledge of power sports vehicles is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Reliable and professional with a customer-first approach.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing departmental profitability. Responsibilities will include: * Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices * Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership * Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review * Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out * Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories * Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers * Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle About you: Highly motivated with a competitive edge, you enjoy going the extra mile for your customers, and thrive on being a part of a team.
