Nissan of Elk Grove is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping create an outstanding ownership experience while building long-term customer relationships.

Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following hire.

Estimated Compensation

$90,000 - $165,000+ annually

Compensation consists of a competitive base plus performance-based commissions. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, productivity, customer satisfaction, and individual performance.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
• Communicate repair progress and updates throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening consistent with applicable laws
