Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their social, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Collaborate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that family input is valued and integrated.

• Monitor and assess outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven recommendations.

• Provide ongoing support to families, helping them understand and navigate services designed to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and family-centered approaches to promote optimal learning and growth in natural environments.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Encourage and facilitate family engagement and provide strategies to support children’s developmental progress in their everyday settings.

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young children, including infants and toddlers, who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our Children's Services are dedicated to ensuring that each child receives tailored support that fosters their growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. As an LCSW, you will play a significant role in promoting healthy development, making a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations as necessary.

• Strong confidence in adapting to various learning styles to meet each child's unique needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
