Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of students.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on established best practices that incorporate solution-focused interventions.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting methods to fit each client’s individual context.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including school counselors, psychologists, and educators, to create holistic support systems for students.

• Participating in ongoing peer review meetings and case consultations to enhance the quality of care delivered across the organization.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, available community resources, and treatment options that can facilitate healing and resilience.

• Keeping current with developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to continually elevate the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will need to tailor your interventions to address the specific developmental needs of younger populations, building trust and rapport with both students and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in delivering clinical social work services, preferably within educational settings.
\n
• Strong proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with a diverse range of clientele.

• A steadfast commitment to cultural competence, social equity, and adherence to ethical practices within clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of clinical experience is required, additional experience working within educational environments, utilizing trauma-informed care principles, or expertise in addressing mental health issues specific to children and adolescents will be strongly considered as assets.

• Competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
