Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and work alongside a network of healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care during acute crises.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Equip clients and their families with necessary psychoeducational resources, enabling them to better manage their mental health conditions and improve overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
