Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with company standards.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services through in-person or virtual sessions, utilizing established evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan modifications, and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

• Engage in proactive communication with case managers, families, and educational personnel to coordinate effective intervention strategies and support networks for clients.

• Commit to a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly to maintain an impactful caseload while ensuring personal work-life balance.

• Participate in clinical supervision and professional trainings to enhance skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health care.

• Actively contribute to community outreach efforts, fostering relationships with local stakeholders to advocate for the mental health needs of the student population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time role.
