Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for assigned clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, developing personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and recovery-oriented strategies focused on prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

• Participate in regular care team meetings, actively contributing insights and updates on client progress to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.

• Engage with clients and their families in goal-setting discussions and advance care planning to enhance their overall treatment experience.

• Work collaboratively to balance the organization's operational objectives with the advocacy and care needs of patients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, including fellow social workers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to create a supportive network for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
