Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Health, you will be at the forefront of our therapeutic efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of your patients and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring each approach to fit the needs of diverse clients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on enhancing treatment strategies.

• Leading educational sessions for patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources.

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. By providing empathetic, informed support, you play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies, achieve lasting sobriety, and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to individuals with mental health or substance use issues.

• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with experience specifically in detox settings, recovery support, or working with diverse populations will be given preference. Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT and DBT is also advantageous.
