Residential Field Maintenance Technician

UpKept Services is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional for on-site work across residential communities. You will manage work orders end-to-end, perform routine and reactive maintenance, and coordinate with the Maintenance Director to ensure safety and quality. Strong documentation and communication are essential.
