Pasek Security Company™ , a DH Pace Company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative in South Boston . You will have the opportunity to sell commercial entry doors, overhead doors, and integrated security system products.

Job Responsibilities

• Call on commercial and industrial accounts meeting with decision makers to professionally present our commercial door product lines in an effort to engineer a door solution for customers such as schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, and municipalities in Boston and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned

  Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred  

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.  This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range

$66,332—$102,814 USD
