Program

Coordinator

, you will: Oversight of 5-10 CLA to include equal amount of ratio times in all sites, filling in shifts for ratio- as needed Weekly Oversight of each CLA Participate in quality inspections as needed to include monthly awake night with Program Specialist Complete Program oversight as assigned Track completion of APC weekly oversight and all required paperwork, and SetWorks documentation General Supervision of Staff On-call responsibility Training - complete required training hours Familiar with BH/IDD regulations Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ? Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required: • High School Diploma or equivalent • One year of experience in human services or a related field • Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to successfully complete required training programs and certifications Preferred: • Experience in residential services, program coordination, or supervisory responsibilities • Knowledge of medication administration practices, person-centered supports, and applicable regulations Schedule • Full-Time • Flexible scheduling based on program needs • Weekend, holiday, and emergency coverage may be required • Participation in an on-call rotation required Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed • Ability to transport individuals and operate agency vehicles when required • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
