Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and support, along with hands‑on expertise in Mitamirri Management Studio. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and support ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Manage incidents, requests, changes, and service catalog configurations within ServiceNow. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reports using SQL Server Management Studio. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning. Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities between ServiceNow and external systems. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business and operational requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational standards. Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities. Job Requirements All the following requirements are necessary for this position. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Candidate must have experience in Mitamirri Management Studio. Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and integrations. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Advanced SQL skills including query development, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. *Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
