Victoria Merchant Group is looking for a sharp, proactive High-Level Executive Assistant to become the team owner’s right hand and bring structure, follow-through, and momentum to a growing real estate business. From keeping clients and transactions on track to preparing listings, coordinating staging and photography, and managing CRM follow-ups, you’ll make sure the details are handled and nothing falls through the cracks.
