Concession Supervisor

A natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment can play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high‑performing team as a Concessions Supervisor at Greek Peak Mountain Resort. What You’ll Do Lead and develop concession staff, including training, coaching, and supervising POS system use and cash handling procedures. Ensure all training is documented. Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests in a professional, friendly manner, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment. Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth and efficient opening and closing procedures while maintaining all company standards. Maintain cleanliness and safety by keeping all workspaces clean, organized, and safe and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage inventory and stock levels, monitor inventory, maintain proper stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper product rotation. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including alcohol service laws, and uphold all resort policies and procedures. Create and manage staff schedules, build and adjust schedules, manage call‑outs, and ensure proper coverage during peak times. Support resort operations by collaborating with other departments and assisting where needed to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Strong leader with experience supervising or leading a team, able to motivate and hold employees accountable. Guest‑focused with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage schedules, inventory, and multiple priorities effectively. Adaptable and quick‑thinking, comfortable handling challenges and changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Safety‑minded, committed to maintaining food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Must be at least 21 years old and have weekend availability.
