Program Manager

POSITION Canada Modernization Program Manager LOCATION Dallas, TX (hybrid 2 days per week) REQUIRED SKILLS Experience in managing technology modernization project teams using a variety of supporting technologies Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy Strong understanding of program and project management practices and demonstration of essential supporting soft skills Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels Ability to Identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience 7-10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles required Financial services industry experience preferred Canada Modernization Program Manager: Need to have Predictive Experience, Cloud Experience (Azure preferred) Licenses PMP certification preferred Scrum Master Certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
