Roofing Project Manager - 2026

Role Overview Roofing Project Manager – $16/hr + Commission | $55K–$60K+ We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on‑site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards. Responsibilities Act as the on‑site point of contact for homeowners Monitor job progress, quality, and safety Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized Take progress photos and update project records Help with inspections when needed Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track Qualifications Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Capable of climbing ladders/roofs and lifting 50+ lbs Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Pay & Basics $16 per hour (average 40–45 hours) Commission on jobs invoiced and collected (average $100–$200/week) Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+ Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop) All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
