Position Summary As the Center Manager, you play a vital role in the management of daily office operations to ensure consistency, flow, and achievement of individual and team goals. You will also partner with ROM to ensure continued growth within your assigned office location(s). You will interface daily with patients, physicians and office staff, while communicating and coordinating in a clear and professional manner. Job Duties & Essential Functions Work with ROM and CM Mentor to understand and manage the financial obligations of your Center to meet or exceed budget expectations. Attend regular training and continued education opportunities offered by SightMD to enhance knowledge of and actions toward the supervision and training of all front desk, surgical, and technical staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and all healthcare ordinances, including patient privacy Manage the surgical schedule(s) for physician providers or the surgical coordinator within assigned Center. Work with the Surgical Process Improvement Leaders to establish consistency and seek areas for continuous improvement Assist in the direction of physician and patient activities, acting as a liaison between the front and back office to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and overall efficiency of the office Seek out and identify areas of improvement regularly; Research, plan, and develop action plans with your assigned CM Menter for immediate implementation Establish and oversee orientation, training, and career development for all new hires Manage and enforce the safety and security of the workplace environment, along with the legal/regulatory compliance of the office operations Oversee staff and physician scheduling, time, attendance, overtime and time off requests Lead, promote, and encourage a healthy and inclusive work environment through regular coaching, teamwork, and positive reinforcement Coach team members, providing constant support and areas for career development; Lean on CM Mentor needed for support and direction Evaluate individual performance levels through continuous performance management as directed by the People Services Department; Conduct disciplinary action meetings as appropriate Track and report team development; build and maintain a culture that is consistent with the SightMD core values: adjust training, processes, or staffing as needed to ensure a smooth workflow Maintain corporate standards within the office to ensure brand consistency and relay any specific issues or needs to corporate as needed Manage office inventory of medical and office supplies, working closely with procurement to ensure cost and inventory controls are in place Special projects and other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish Experience in healthcare management or clinical settings. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professionalism with a patient-focused attitude. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications Ophthalmology experience, strongly preferred Work Schedule Rotating Schedule – days, evenings and weekends Travel required to multiple locations, as needed We aim to take care of our teammates the same way we take care of our patients.
