Your Role: As the Food & Beverage Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet services. Here are some of the things you’ll be doing: Lead and support the F&B team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure efficient and effective operation of all F&B outlets, maintaining high standards of service. Monitor and manage inventory, cost control, purchasing, and budgeting to optimize profitability. Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to drive sales and attract guests. Collaborate with the team to create and update menus, considering cost, pricing, and guest preferences. Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth operation during peak times. Participate in financial reporting, including payroll, purchasing, and expense tracking. Ensure departmental training and reporting is completed as scheduled. Participate in required M.O.D. program as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage in a hotel or restaurant setting. Leadership experience required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is preferred. Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications. Must be proficient with POS and Windows operating systems.
