Berman Infiniti of Niles is looking for a Journeyman Technician! Job Title: Infiniti Journeyman Technician Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Options Pay: Ranging from $43-$48 per booked hour - BOE + Certifications Company-paid health insurance and pension Company-paid ASE certifications and factory training (including travel) Company-paid tool insurance and uniforms Paid Time Off (PTO) and employee discounts Access to shop for personal vehicle repairs after hours Responsibilities: Perform complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs. Utilize the latest factory diagnostic tools and software. Document all labor, parts, and repair procedures accurately. Communicate with service advisors regarding repair timelines. Mentor junior technicians and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Qualifications: Must be ASE Certified as an Infiniti Journeyman Technician. Proven experience in advanced diagnostics, engines, and transmissions. Proficiency with modern automotive diagnostic software. Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
