Job Title: Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This role transcends the typical Clinic Director position — it offers the chance to become an Equity Partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from the ground up. You will have input on the clinic's location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring you have everything you need to nurture your growing clinic.

Compensation

Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: This role is also eligible for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity opportunities, and Relocation Assistance.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is essential.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A desire to enhance the clinic, foster community relationships, and cultivate a positive team culture.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care.
