An exciting contract opportunity awaits for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with middle school students through the end of the academic year. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with a range of behavioral needs near West Hartford, CT. Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RBT credential
• Experience supporting students with mild to severe disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to varying classroom situations and behaviors

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support for middle school students
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a BCBA or supervising clinician
• Track, collect, and report data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to maintain consistent behavioral interventions
• Foster a supportive environment that promotes student engagement and growth
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
