AI Solutions Engineer

Role Overview The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for transforming Customer Experience through AI by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, building workflows, deploying them into production, measuring their impact, and continuously improving them. This role requires a systems thinker who can redesign workflows to improve the entire customer and employee experience. What You Will Do As the AI Solutions Engineer, you will own how AI is designed, built, deployed, and operated across Support, Professional Services, and Education, within the company AI governance framework. You will apply company AI standards within CX and define the CX-specific patterns, prompt libraries, and workflow templates that comply with them.
