- Support and collaborate effectively with all Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruitment and integration lifecycle.
- Leverage advanced systems and HR technology to support customer needs, taking swift, appropriate action to drive quality, efficient outcomes.
- Manage shifting workloads and competing priorities with agility in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
- Support and partner with cross-functional People Team stakeholders to ensure absolute consistency in policy application and process management.
- Support the identification and initiation of continuous process improvements and innovative solutions to streamline TA operations.
- Execute project-based work and ad-hoc assignments related to staffing and onboarding.
- Support presentations to various internal stakeholders and leadership segments.
- Ensure highly confidential information is protected with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
