Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team in El Paso, Texas. This position involves overseeing all facets of care for transplant patients, which encompasses evaluation, education, and ongoing follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate comprehensive care for transplant patients.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding the transplant process.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain precise clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and compassionate care.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Experience in transplant care or a related field is preferred.
