Cash Application Specialist – Long-Term Contract Location: North Orlando Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour Our client is expanding their finance team. Schedule Shift Options: Monday–Friday | 6am–3pm, 7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, or 9am–6pm (1-hour lunch) Hybrid Schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday after training. Minimum Requirements Background in banking, medical billing, accounting, or finance High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong 10-Key Data Entry skills (must score 9,000+) Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Skills Cash application or Accounts Receivable experience Experience with ERP systems (Eclipse preferred) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) What You’ll Do Process customer payments via bank lockbox, electronic payments, and branch deposits Utilize OCR and workflow technologies for efficient processing Reconcile General Ledger Accounts and ensure transaction accuracy Research and resolve payment exceptions Review and complete daily Cash Application reports Communicate with internal teams for issue resolution Tews is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for employment without regard to age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tews Company Staffing
