Location: Alva, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Patient Load: 1–2 patients per hour

Position Overview

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Lehigh for a provider who enjoys outpatient care and meaningful patient progress. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, improve movement, manage pain, and return to daily activities with better function and confidence.

With a schedule of Monday through Friday and a patient volume of 1–2 patients per hour, this position offers a steady pace and the ability to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional activities
• Track patient outcomes and modify care plans when needed
• Teach patients proper movement patterns, home exercises, and recovery strategies
• Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team members as appropriate
• Support a professional and organized outpatient clinic workflow

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to be considered
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Ability to manage treatment plans independently and professionally
