Job Overview

The Client Service Associate will provide administrative, organizational, and client support functions for assigned client accounts and the broader client services team. The primary role is to assist clients by responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, maintaining account information, preparing materials, and communicating relevant updates regarding their marketing programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing a consistent and positive client experience. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with internal teams, and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Client Service Managers and account teams with day-to-day client service activities.
• Assist clients with requests related to their accounts, projects, campaigns, and services.
• Communicate with clients through email, video meetings, telephone, and other approved communication channels.
• Update, maintain, and access client account information, documents, project records, and related materials.
• Ensure necessary information and documentation are received, organized, and properly recorded.
• Coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, and follow-up activities for account teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other client-facing or internal documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized client and company records.
• Track outstanding requests, action items, and follow ups to help ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, analytics, and operations teams as needed to support client needs.
• Assist with identifying and resolving routine client questions or concerns and escalate more complex matters when appropriate.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Prior experience in client services, customer service, account coordination, marketing, business operations, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proven ability to review information, analyze data, and communicate findings accurately.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, analytics, or client account management is a plus.
• Exemplary track record of customer service and professional communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with a remote team.
• Comfortable learning and using digital communication, project management, and client relationship management platforms.

Experience

• Client Services, Customer Service, Marketing, or related field 2 years preferred
• Customer service: 2 years preferred
