The Client Care Surveyor plays a critical role in ensuring that all Oregonians have access to safe, high quality health care. This position supports the licensing and Medicare/Medicaid certification of designated health care providers through monitoring, inspections, consultations, investigations, and collaborative partnerships with the provider community and state and federal agencies. What We Are Looking For Minimum Qualifications These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration. Three years of experience in areas related to nursing, social work, developmental disabilities, dietetics/nutrition, or sanitation; AND one of the following: a Bachelor's degree in a health or human services field; or a license as a Registered Nurse.
