We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s equal parts relationship‑builder, problem‑solver, and business growth strategist. If you thrive on keeping clients happy and driving revenue, keep reading. What You’ll Be Doing Own the Relationship: Become the go‑to person for a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all AEC matters. Drive Renewals & Upsells: Keep licenses up to date, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure full adoption of ATG value adds. Be Proactive, Not Reactive: Stay ahead of renewals, check in regularly, and anticipate client needs before they arise. Stay Sharp, Stay Updated: Keep up with Autodesk’s evolving product line, pricing models, and promotions so clients always receive the best. Education is Key: Help customers keep their employees current on software updates and company processes through the Global eTraining solution. Who You Are 2–5 years of experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in tech or software. Bachelor’s degree. Customer‑obsessed—love making clients feel heard, understood, and taken care of. Organized, strategic, and never let a renewal slip past. Motivated by KPIs and quotas, and skilled at growing accounts. Experience in the AEC space is a major plus.
