These responsibilities include some of the following:Leads the multi-functional global Early Development Team (EDT) responsible for delivery of an asset to Phase 2bProactively direct medicine development strategy and plans for products from Candidate Selection through Proof of Concept/Commit to Medicine DevelopmentContributes to the development of the regional and global strategy for productsInterface with Senior Management, internal key stakeholders and external stakeholders to articulate and drive the Medicine Development StrategyInterface with other key functions during the development program such as Commercial to ensure alignment on strategy and project delivery timelinesManages prioritisation of asset’s development options to effectively manage the budgetUtilizes organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to facilitate successful project progression and effective issue resolutionAccountable for the creation and maintenance of a clear and detailed medicine development strategy.
