Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; mental health illness and substance use disorder; evaluation for level of risk for danger to self, danger to others, or gravely disabled 3. Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required; full licensure required - associate license will not suffice 4. License: WA LICSW required; must be licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker; full licensure only 5. Education: Not specified 6.
