Glenbrook Aquatics - Assistant Coach

Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking Assistant Coaches for Glenbrook Aquatics. The assistant coach plays a crucial role in promoting good sportsmanship, swimmer retention, and overall program success, working under the guidance of the Head Age Group Coach and Head Coach. Education and/or Experience and Qualifications Certification in CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). USA Coaching certification (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). Background in competitive swimming, with coaching experience preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of current diving techniques, rules, and training methodologies. The position is a Category 2 or 3 of the Glenbrook Aquatics Hourly salary schedule and is part-time, non-benefits eligible.
