How You Will Make an Impact & Grow

• Drive Service Excellence: Serve as the primary escalation point for HR inquiries, applying sound judgment and discretion to resolve complex or sensitive employee situations efficiently.

• Master Case Management: Lead complex case strategies in partnership with Legal, ER, IT, HRIS, and Security, evaluating nuanced accommodation cases and building frameworks for high-risk scenarios.

• Lead Core Operations: Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data integrity, and compliance verifications.

• Optimize HR Technology: Partner with HRIS to enhance Workday workflows, refine case routing, validate data, and develop self-service Tier 0 resources and SOPs.

• Mitigate Risk & Guide Strategy: Maintain robust governance frameworks, ensure audit readiness, and analyze operational trends to continuously elevate manager and employee experiences.

What You Bring to the Team

• 7+ Years of HR Experience: Proven expertise in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Employee Support with a deep understanding of onboarding, offboarding, accommodations, and documentation.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Workday and the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Policy & Discretion: Ability to interpret and accurately apply HR policies while exercising independent judgment and maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.

• Workflow & Communication: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines, paired with a customer-centric communication style.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case-management tools.
