Senior Designer

To support the development of a comprehensive design framework, the full-time Senior Designer, Design System will create and maintain design components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive design consistency across products in a remote or Chicago-based environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that enhances user experience across platforms Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improvements Required qualifications Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design systems Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of front-end development technologies and best practices Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
