Book of the Month is seeking an ambitious Manager, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing in New York to design and run programs that reduce churn and deepen member engagement across channels. You will leverage analytics to measure lifetime value, and own cross-functional initiatives to improve the member experience for our subscription service.
