Part-Time Implant Dentist (DDS/DMD) – High-Earning, Fee-for-Service Practice | Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implant Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join our established private practice on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week, preferably Mondays and Tuesdays) . This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident performing full-arch implant cases, All-on-4/All-on-X procedures, and complex surgical implant treatments .

This opportunity is to step into an existing, well-developed implant patient base , taking over for the practice owner. You will focus exclusively on implant surgery and full-arch reconstruction —no general dentistry required.

Compensation & Structure

• $2,000/day guaranteed
• 40% of production/collections (fee-for-service model)
• No lab fees
• Estimated annual earnings: ~$200,000+ (part-time - 1-2 Days A week)
• 1099 Independent Contractor position

Clinical Focus

• Full-arch implant rehabilitation (All-on-4 / All-on-X)
• Implant placement and surgical extractions
• Bone grafting (preferred)

• Treatment planning and case acceptance collaboration

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license
• IV Sedation certification (required)
• Proven experience with full-arch implant cases and complex implant surgery
• Strong communication and case presentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a surgical-focused role

Schedule

• 1–2 days per week (preferred: Mondays & Tuesdays)

• Consistent surgical schedule with high production potential
