Associate Dentist - $50k Sign-on Bonus

Are you a skilled General Dentist looking for an exciting opportunity in southwestern GA? Our client seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to join their CASH PAY dental practice open 4 days per week. As a full-time General Dentist, you will be crucial in providing high-quality dental care to patients with a supportive team of dental professionals. Offers a $50k Sign-on Bonus, a production based compensation model with an opportunity for partnership after 6 months.

Highlights of the General Dentist Opportunity:

• $50k Sign-On Bonus
• Generous Production-based model compensation
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm (closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Treating patients of all ages (primarily adult)
• Performing routine dental exams
• Diagnosing and treating oral health issues
• Educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices
• Wide range of dental procedures, from fillings and extractions to crowns and root canals
• 2 Dentist Practice
• 3 Dental Assistants and 2 Registered Dental Hygienist
• Average of 25- 30 new patients per month

• Paid Malpractice
• $2k per year in continuing education of choice

Minimum Requirements of the General Dentist:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice in the state of GA or eligible to obtain
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Dentist
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team
