The Role As a Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind every great shift — leading the team, delighting Guests, and ensuring smooth operations from open to close. You will balance the art of hospitality with the discipline of business, coaching Teammates to deliver memorable experiences while hitting operational and financial targets.
