Entry-Level Event Assistant | Immediate Hire | Paid Training Provided

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in events, and developing valuable communication and organizational skills.

No previous event experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events.

• Support event teams with day-to-day event activities and customer interactions.

• Help create a welcoming and professional experience for event attendees.

• Communicate with customers, guests, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist with promotional activities and event presentations.

• Help maintain organized event materials and supplies.

• Follow event schedules, instructions, and established procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure events run smoothly.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
