Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Management, Logistics, Business Administration, etc.) 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and hiring/promotion for multiple departments/areas; or 1 year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising and developing associates/key employees; or 3 years in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with similar supervisory responsibilities.
