Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor in new model program management , ensuring adherence to launch processes and standards
• Oversee pre-production build events , ensuring quality, timing, and efficiency objectives are met
• Manage vehicle fleet activities , including ordering, building, testing, and final disposition of pre-production units
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution , driving timely closure of build and launch-related challenges
• Coordinate and co-chair launch meetings , ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
• Manage design change approvals , ensuring readiness ahead of prototype and production builds
• Execute and monitor launch budgets , supporting financial targets and approvals
• Prepare and present weekly program status reports , highlighting risks, progress, and key milestones
• Communicate program updates and risks to senior leadership , delivering clear and actionable insights
• Support team integration into manufacturing plants , ensuring smooth transitions during launch phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (engineering or related technical field preferred)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• At least 2+ years of experience applying structured problem-solving and data-driven methodologies
• 1+ year of experience in vehicle or powertrain manufacturing, design, or program management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with program management and vehicle launch processes
• Background in manufacturing operations or engineering environments
• Familiarity with engineering change management and issue tracking systems
• Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end product development and production transitions
