HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
U.S. Marine Corps
Job TitleYou will review various inspections of community rental properties to determine adequacy, habitability, and suitability for listing and referral.You will make studies and surveys of area ordinances and regulations governing community life and recommend new ordinances, regulations, or amendments to improve housing administrative policies.You will analyze and prepare statistical data for a variety of reports.You will serve as a point of contact for all housing stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient coordination on issues.You will work closely with all stakeholders to solve complex problems involving housing, residents, services, utilization, and designation of quarters for occupancy.You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts supporting housing functions, as required or appointed.
