IBC Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage and service a book of commercial insurance business while delivering exceptional client service and supporting agency growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops strong client relationships, and works collaboratively with producers, carriers, and agency staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts from renewal through policy issuance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding coverage questions, policy changes, claims assistance, and service needs.
- Review client exposures and identify coverage gaps and risk management opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, renewal presentations, certificates of insurance, and policy reviews.
- Market accounts and negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive coverage and pricing.
- Coordinate with producers on account retention and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account documentation within agency management systems.
- Deliver timely, professional, and consultative service to clients.
