Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Tele RN with at least 2 years of specialty experience for a 12-hour day shift position requiring an active IL license.

Details

• Med/Surg-Tele unit, 21-bed capacity
• Primarily cares for patients with heart failure and COPD
• Every other weekend required
• 12-hour day shifts
• Floating within scope to similar units required

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

• Provide medical/surgical and telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
• No local candidates considered
• Must have a verifiable permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions
• RTO must be submitted with candidate profile
