We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our team at Movement System Physical Therapy & Wellness in Estero, Florida. This full-time position involves providing exceptional hands-on patient care in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with varying physical rehabilitation needs, helping them regain mobility and enhance their quality of life.

Work Environment

The work setting is a modern outpatient office equipped with advanced treatment modalities and technologies. The schedule allows for flexibility, with options including Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as a potential four 10-hour shifts format.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques to provide high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of occupational therapists, chiropractors, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, functional techniques, and injury prevention strategies for at-home care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation to reflect progress and treatment adjustments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
