Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical issues impacting mobility and functionality, setting the groundwork for effective treatment.
• Individualized Recovery Planning: Develop, implement, and periodically adjust custom recovery plans based on each patient's unique circumstances and progress, ensuring that they achieve their rehabilitation milestones.
• Evidence-Based Practices: Utilize evidence-based methodologies to facilitate therapeutic interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and pain management techniques.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physicians, and rehabilitation aides, to deliver cohesive and effective patient care.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support their ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
