Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite work setting where you will enjoy a supportive, high-energy environment. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm, work-life balance is prioritized as you engage with patients one-on-one, devoting your expertise to individualized therapy sessions. You will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a PTA, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that strives for continuous improvement and patient success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document the unique goals and needs of each patient, tailoring treatment plans to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Maintain a steady patient load, usually treating one patient at a time, ensuring focused, quality care during each session.
• Administer effective orthopedic treatments that focus on non-invasive methods, reducing reliance on medications through innovative and evidence-based therapies.
• Construct comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Motivate and educate patients on their treatment processes, emphasizing the significance of ongoing assessment and adaptations to their care as they progress.
• Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient management.
• Keep detailed records of treatment provided and outcomes achieved to support effective ongoing treatment and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active Florida Physical Therapist license with no record of disciplinary actions.

• Capability of designing tailored exercise programs based on individual patient assessments.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, specifically WebPT, and other relevant treatment documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is essential for this role, enabling you to effectively deliver comprehensive care and quickly build rapport with patients. Compensation and Benefits
