Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, informing effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to support optimal recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure goals are met and documented accurately.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and exercises to promote self-management and long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Master's in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain.

• Possess excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy, demonstrating proficiency in treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
