Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing you to interact directly with your patients in a welcoming and supportive outpatient clinic environment. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent work schedule to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to patients based on their unique goals, preferences, and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage an optimal patient load to ensure ample time and attention for each individual treatment session.
• Through expert evaluation and assessment, develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques designed for orthopedic recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at enhancing motion, mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives to improve health outcomes while minimizing medication use.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to track progress effectively.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Promote wellness through personalized fitness and recovery programs tailored to meet the specific needs of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with the orthopedic patient population, which includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Our goal is to help patients restore function and enhance their quality of life, making your role critical in guiding them toward successful rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and orthopedic interventions.
• Exhibit a strong ability to create tailored exercise programs that yield successful patient outcomes.
• Effectively utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems, especially Web PT, for precise and secure patient documentation.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, working directly with patients that present similar challenges.
• Demonstrated history of successful treatment outcomes and long-term patient engagement.
• Previous experience in community outreach or educational workshops related to physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
