Work Environment

As a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our outpatient office in Bonita Springs, you will work in a supportive and innovative environment. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, encompassing a standard 40-hour workweek. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine individual needs and establish achievable goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs utilizing evidence-based practices across a range of specialties, particularly in orthopedics.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic care, utilizing both manual techniques and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to facilitate patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs to enhance recovery and maintain functional independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and engage with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Achieve minimum productivity goals while contributing to the overall business objectives of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to adult and geriatric patients, with a special emphasis on orthopedic conditions. Qualifications
